Buffalo Cuff Links Indian Head Vintage USA Nickel Rustic

Vintage Indian Head nickels have been adhered to sturdy silver tone cuff links. Indian Head nickels were minted between 1913 and 1938. They were discontinued because the design wore down easily and the mint date would disappear. You can see this wear on these cufflinks because these are old circulated coins.

Indian Head nickels were also known as Buffalo nickels because on one side you had the American Bison and on the other side you had a profile of a Native American man. They measure approximately 20mm across (7/8 inch.)
